I am running Networker 6.0.1 on W2K SP2 on a Compaq DL3800 using Compaq Storagework Tape Library TL892DX (2drives). After verifing that the OS is working with the tape drive and installing Networker when I run jbconfig it fails saying to check my driver files. The Library is set to SCSI id 0, Tape 0 is SCSI id 4 and Tape 1 is SCSI id 5. Can any one help me please, I would much appreciate it.

Have you made sure that the Remote Storage Server Service is disabled?

your welcome that caused me to try an upgrade from NT 4 to W2K 4 times before Legato figured out what I needed to do also.
