Hi,
want to attach a Lib to a new Storage Node, where it is better to run jbconfig, at backup server or Storage Node, and when i run jbconfig ant Storage Node and which path information i have to make on SN
formats:
/dev/rmt/1cbn --for local path or
host:device-path --for remote node or
THX

The devices do not really matter - the key question is which node controls the robot. Consequently, this is where you need to run jbconfig.

Of on another computer than the NW server, make sure that your account has NW admin rights BEFORE you configure the jukebox.

Thanks,
the Storage Node controls the robot, so if i run on SN jbconfig is device path:
host:device-path ?

In general, yes. However, the exact syntax also depends on the NW version. Just read the questions carefully - it will even show you examples.
