could someone please go to:

hppt://web2.murraystate.edu/csc12501fl01/brian.edwards/cis420/costcalculator.cfm

And tell my why the site workes fine with Internet Explorer but won't work with Netscape. With Netscape 4.X, nothing loads. With Netscape 6, the page loads but none of the JavaScript works.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Actually your page is loading just fine, as you can see by View Source. Netscape will not display a page if the <table>, <tr>, and <td> tags are not all present, properly nested, and matched with closing tags. <tbody> is not supported in Netscape.

Just some ideas.

Hi,
The html and java script work diffrently in in IE and netscape. Some of the points which are diffrent is
1)The onclick doesnot work on image button type in netscape
2)The tables ending and opening should be properly nested

yes pls go through the attached link for detecting the browser typw and changing the code suitably

Thanks
Sudha
