Hi there,
The Javascript dropdown menu I am using works great on PC, but appears iffy (at best) on my Mac.

Is there a simple workaround for getting a JS dropdown to display correctly on a Mac?

The dropdown menu I am using is on:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks so much,
Robin

Which Mac browser is it not working on? Which Mac OS? There are many of both.

Do you see any errors? How is it not working?

The devil is in the details, you know.

lol, sorry 'bout that!
At first glance on my iBook it looks ok (I am running 9.3 and viewing in IE5) but when I mouseover the dropdown, a big blank box fills up half the screen... not too attractive!

any thoughts?

THANKS! Robin :)

Perhaps you should get your markup to validate as a first step. There are many, many, many errors that are thrown up.

When you've fixed those, let us know if it still breaks.

You can validate your HTML here:

or here:

(the former being slightly stricter than the latter, but it's useful to compare error messages sometimes), and your CSS here:

Hope this helps,

Incidentally, while I know that not all sites people work on are perfect, and we learn new thinigs as we gain more experience at web development, you should probably try and get at least one of your sites to validate - at present, none do (the ones on your portfolio page).
