java listener not lsiten through xtrem -e wfjvlsnr.csh <param>

I am running a program (.tsc file/oratst) from that i want to start java listner through xterm -e wfjvlsnr.csh <param>.
this listener is running in the new window but not lsitening.

As a result the following commands in (.tsc) not successful.

Is there any other way of doing this by which java listener listens.
