Remove the jinitiator and restart the client again and open the browser , enter your user name and password, then you will asked for install jinitiator , select yes, then follow the instruction and don't close the browser as the message mentioned and wait the applet .

This problem is due to the locale in regional settings.
Go to control panel and then to regional settings and change
the locale to English (United States).
This will restart your computer and the you can login to application with out any problem.
