Jabber outbound call not connecting

Hello,

Strange Jabber issue. When dialing a local number on Jabber, you will get a busy tone. I don't even see the call hit the CUBE. When you dial it from a Cisco phone, the call completes. This seems to only be one number that will not work. When I dial any other external number from Jabber, the call connects. Even tried calling the next number up from the one that isn't working. Example. 555-555-1234 will not work but dialing 555-555-1235 will connect. Not even sure where to start looking. Ideas?? TIA
 
Have you run a Diald Number Analyzer test? That should give you a good idea of what is going on.
 
I have compared the non working number to a working number and there is no difference.
 
Not sure what else to test for this issue. Any ideas??
 
Grab CM traces and see what the call is doing.

I have figured out the issue. I disabled video calling and that has now allowed the call to be made. Not sure why this would affect it but it did. Possibly on the TelCo side.
