J179 Phone

Hi,

I've used this forum a lot to help me with various issues, but this is my first time posting as it seems as it seems as though no one else has had this problem.

Using the J179 phone with Ip Office I've got the custom screen saver working fine when the system loads. After a minute it kicks in and displays the company logo. However if you make a call, then the screen saver never comes on again. It'll just sit there on the main screen, no sign of the screensaver after a minute anymore.

Does anyone have any idea what could be stopping the screensaver or could it just be a bug with the J179?

Hi,

As a further update it could be related to this log message which all the phones it's doing it on have it cycling through. All the phones are identical configs as it's in testing, so there's no reason for the line appearance to be in use.
