J179 Displays a message that the new user does not want

We have a new user that took over for a previous one and now it displays a message of 'Answer With A Smile' on is both on her screen as well as the internal calls she makes. Can't find it in her profile anywhere. Even on the J179 itself. Anyone know how to change that without resetting her profile all together?

Some on has a sense of humour 😂😂

So I will assume her name doesn’t appear or Extn number when doing an internal call.

Have you checked the NAME in the user profile.

Remember the name appears in to sections
Hint check the Full Name
