J159 with Twinning continuous ring after call answered

IP Office Server edition 12.000.56. This issue was occurring before being upgraded to 12.0.

When user has phone twinned and call is answered on the J159, the J159 continues to ring. They have conversation but, ringing continues after caller hangs up. Unplugging phone fixes it.

If phone is not twinned issue does not happen.
Incoming Trunks are through SM.
Rebooted system and phones. Verified firmware on phones. Internal to internal same issue.

Still troubleshooting and not sure if it is a carrier issue or Network issue at this time,

Anyone else see this or have suggestions.
 
I guess you are right in the Definity/Aura forum.
 
Twinned with what? Which one is the main phone and which the twin? Mobile twinning or internal twinning?
 
Twinned to cell phone. Issue also occurs when an internal caller calls to another phone that is twinned.
 
Also tried deleting user and extension and reprogramming. Turned off Direct media path. I am going to open ticket with Avaya.
