J129 Phones issue

Hi, It is CM/SM 8.1 with latest patches. Customer is complaining that some phones (random not specific extension) are consuming the large amount of bandwidth, these are all J129 phones and installed at different remote locations. The customer is checking the bandwidth of whole network through a customize branded application.

Can somebody help?
