J Series Ethernet Port Failing

Anyone else seeing a large number of ethernet ports failing on the J Series phones?
I have a customer I just took over and they have approx. 35 bd 139 phones.
I have had a J179 go bad recently as well.

It's like the RJ45 is getting pulled off the circuit board.

Same thing here with the J139's. I have found that the soldering on the few i have taken apart is what failed on the pins.

@IPid10t. Thats what I have been seeing.
With the amount of failures Avaya should be covering these. I'll have to call my CAM
