IX Workplace App "A general error has occurred while attempting to contact the messaging server

Hello all,

I have a IX Workplace User that randomly gets the error: "A general error has occurred while attempting to contact the messaging server" - and then it will go away and their messages will reappear.

Per the end user, they are never on Wifi, so this is cellular only.

Thoughts?

And port 9443 is forwarded to the OneX Portal server? Or you have a reverse proxy for it configured in SBC? With the correct URLs?

What do you see in the app's settings as messaging server?
Also look at the SIP OK message responded to the Registration. It contains information.
And in traceSBC with HTTP filter do you see the client connecting to port 9443?
