we have an IPO SE Select with SBCE and R11.0 FP4 SP3 in operation. I have a strange behavior with the IX Workplace on my Samsung Andriod cell phone.
Everything works in the company via WLAN. Presence, phone book, call forwarding and of course telephony. If the cell phone goes into the mobile network and goes over the SBCE, presence and phone book no longer work.
Now comes what I don't understand. If the cell phone is booked into the WLAN at home, everything will work again, although it will then also be possible via the SBCE.
The phone is a Samsung A7 with Andriod 10 and IX Workplace 3.8.5. The provider is Vodafone Germany. The same behavior was also seen in older versions of IX Workplace. I think it's somehow on the phone. I have the feeling that something is blocked when the cell phone goes over the radio network.
Maybe someone has an idea or tip?
