We are using IX workplace for remote workers. Is going great, only downside it seems one of the ISPs that a lot of users use for home internet is not working. So on cellular data the app works perfectly. When connecting to their WIFI that the ISP is CenturyLink it works fine! For me on the other hand I use Spectrum for my ISP. The app opens and will sometimes connect and if it does I can try to make a call but no audio. Or it won't even make the call.
Is there certain ports that the ISP themselves have turned off that won't allow this connection?
