Is there documentation that explains the difference between a Standard mailbox and a collaboration mailbox? we show having both in our IX messaging system, but we really don't know what all the differences are.

I found this document on support.avaya.com: https://support.avaya.com/css/public/documents/101075533 . It's Avaya Messaging Technical Operating Guidelines. There is a feature comparison table starting on page 22. This may help.

Also, here's the AM Feature Description Guide on support.avaya.com: https://support.avaya.com/css/public/documents/101075539

I also checked in Edge Co-Pilot and here is what it returned:
Copilot
