Is there documentation that explains the difference between a Standard mailbox and a collaboration mailbox? we show having both in our IX messaging system, but we really don't know what all the differences are.
 
I found this document on support.avaya.com: https://support.avaya.com/css/public/documents/101075533 . It's Avaya Messaging Technical Operating Guidelines. There is a feature comparison table starting on page 22. This may help.
