IX Headset pickup issue

Seeing a strange issue with call pickup in IX when using Jabra headset. Users are dialling *53*350# in IX to pickup ringing call but this only works when not using headset. Using headset you just get a long pause and the call doesn't connect.

Any ideas?

Try using the app Jabra direct. For some reason the head set is acting weird without it.
