hai ,
in the IWR ,
when the user runs the reports, that are published to the upfront, they are able to save a copy of that report.
we don't want the user to be able to have that option,what should i do?

You can just give Read and Execute access alone to the UserClass the User belongs to, in the newsbox property from Upfront.

With this option suggested by Scottsdale2k,the user can still save the report in his own newsbox... If you want to use your upfront portal for viewing and executing you can cansider to change the appropiate *.utml file of your upfront theme and disable there the save option.

Thank you for your replies but i'm not sure how to find appropriate *.utml file(where will it be) and what do i do in there?
could you please give it in detail.
this is the first time i'm looking at IWR
