iwr error

hai,

when i try to open iwr service page (u[pfront)("

http://iwr/cognos)

we r getting error page

"An error occurred while attempting to create an authenticator handle. Access Manager: Invalid host or port number.
Page generation error while preparing a page based on template: errorpage.utml."

if any one could help me i really appreciate it thank you.

(i'm fresher i joined the comany 2 days back but here they expecting more from me)

open configuration manager in the server, and check if you have the proper information for Authentication.
LDAP name with port number (389) .

they just rebooted the server ,now it's working fine.
