IWR and Limiting Personalize Options

Is there a way to remove access for end-users to change passwords for their profile or their database login? When I'm reading the Upfront manuals, I cannot find a way to limit access to the User tab in Personalize.

Would this be accomplished through Access Manager?

I was able to remove a users ability to change their password for their profile by using Access Manager.

Where can I change their ability to change the database password?

In IWR, I have the report set using a database signon from the Access Manager namespace.

Is there someplace to change this?
