Iwatsu programming question using KT 2

Quick question:

I'm editing station user IDs in an Iwatsu ADIX system, using a KT. If I'm entering a name, Brian for example, I can enter the "B" but then can't go to the next character to enter the "r".

I've downloaded the programming manual, but it only says "enter the desired data."

What key serves to move the entry point to the next character?

it is either SPKR or HOLD to go to the next letter.

I am also having a problem. I have a few employees that have changed offices. The extension is still showing the old name, i know that the station id is in class 10.04, but i am not able to edit it... any suggestions?

If you can get to 10.04 you should be able to edit the name using the keypad. Make sure you press "save" which is line button 12 on a 12KTD. (3rd button from the top, on the right side
