We have an IVR here at my work and I was just curious as to what is the expected % of people getting kicked out due to inputing something wrong? We seem to get about 10%-15% of the people complaining they were kicked out after they "correctly answered the question".
I know people cannot believe the customer 100% of the time, but 10-15% seems really high to me.
