We are trying to setup IVR with a Stattion side t1 station. We are wondering if anyone has experience. What is the configuration to make the station look like a 2500 set. We currently have the station type set at DS1FD and it is not working. Should we be using DS1SA or one of the VRUs, there is VRU, VRUFD, VRUSA? If someone has experience getting the G3R setup for this please let me know. Tried looking on the Avaya website but couldn't find anything. We have technician from InterVoice onsite now.

Thanks,

We are also using InterVoice as our IVR on a Definity G3r (now G8700). Installed on v10; now on v11/MultiVantage.

Station settings:
Type: DS1FD and Tests? y

The COS has Data Privacy enabled.

On the Agent side, there is an Agent ID for each Station.
AAS is y and Auto-Answer is all.

If you send me your email address I can send you screen shots. Susan

Thanks

We resolved the problem. We flipped to the transmit and recieve pairs and the they came right up!! We made successful test calls.
Susan, thanks for the screenshots and configuration info.
Sometimes the solution is so close, you just have to step back for a minute and get a little distance from the problem.

I'm glad everything worked out for you. Now you can go out and celebrate! [cheers] Susan
