My IVR ports on the BCM 400s keeps locking up when the call is ported from IVR back to the system. I have about 300 of these (POS) piece of #$^%. Any ideas what is causing this?

Are you using the built-in IVR, On Premise with Dialogic Emulation or Analog ports to IVR? Hosted IVR via SIP?

We use the integrated IVR. When the issue occurs, we have observed the following conditions:
1. The IVR ports go into a "conn" state. Starting with the first IVR port.
2. Calls are still directed to the ports in "conn" state, which results in the caller getting RNA.
3. The last event on the port is a call being transferred to a Broadcast Hunt Group.
4. No alarms are generated. We become aware of the problem when a location reports that callers are getting RNA.

Stopping & Starting the "srp" service normally clears the issue.

do you have any reports generated locally on the BCM? if you do, clearing out some of the older unused ones then starting stoppiing SRP will tend to clear out these issues for a while. UpdateHistory.txt is a culprit in most systems. it is built everytime the SRP is started and can get quite large over time. hope this helps.
