We have a Customer who has an IVR which approx once a month has needed the IVR ports busy reset to enable calls to be answered.
Yesterday they had an issue where the greeting would cut out sometimes (it was still playing as when it cut back in it would be where you would expect it to be in the script) It was random across the 5 ports and would sometimes be ok.
I busy rest the ports on the Mitel and the greeting is now playing ok. The EU says the previous maintainer had to reset the ports about once a month as they were getting no calls in at all.
Mitel is MCD 5.0 Sp1 PR1 and CIS/IVR is 6.02.2 Rev 2
