IVP8 Rev 2 Attendant Tree Programming

We have our Auto Attendant greeting for a Toshiba Strategy, with IVP8 Rev2. I am able to change greeting under 990, and 991. However on the main greeting there is an option to press 2 to access our address and hours. Where is this coding? I have looked uder 999 and the above admin users, to no avail. I am trying to re-record all the greetings.

Does anyone have access to software for this card? I have software for the PBX but nothing for the Voice Mail.

without the software you can't know where dial 2 goes , def need software.
