I've got a large Excel File which I need to make browsable over a LAN Intranet (using Microsoft Internet Explorer), I've tried the Excel Convert to HTML add-in but it looks terrible, I've also tried using Adobe to turn it into a PDF, but the spreadsheet still doesn't seem to fit that well.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

I don't know if this will help you or not, but I have 2 Excel spreadsheets on a commerical webserver (not local) with links to them from an html page (our company website). When the links are followed, the excel spreadsheets open in my browser, IE 6.0 (5.5 works too), and are actually usable. We can even save to our workstations if we want to. The files are just normal Excel 2000 files with the extension of .xls. You should try it. If you don't want users to make changes, just protect them.

Hope this helps!
