I've create a second search button, but I only want to search a certain field. the search button is on a subform. There is already a search button on the form, to search "last name". I only want to search within the subform. There are two fields on the subform, Date and Note. I want to search only the note field.
Thanks

Hi,

And you want to search the note field with what?
And you want to do what with the results?

This may help!

the second search button is for the "notes" field. when I click on the second button now, I get the last name field. I want the second search button, to search key words only in the notes field.
