Hi Guys,
Have a client who has a 9.0.1 Server Edition in the UK with several sites here and 1 over in the US that's been in for almost a year now. All is setup as Centralised voicemail back to the Primary Server.
They offer round the clock support and moves around the world to whichever office is open. There is one Support module and the Test conditions were all setup with the GMT times of when the offices change over. This was all working fine up until yesterday.
When a call comes through the US IP Office it is keeping the local time of the 500 rather than the Server time for the Test Conditions. A Call through any of the UK 500's is working fine. I know that the ITZ changes the timestamps for the voicemail messages but could it also be carrying the time for the Callflows? There have been no changes recently to cause this so not sure why.
Any ideas? Cos I don't fancy recreating the callflows for the different sites with their own test conditions.
Thanks.
