Its French where it should be english

Aloha 6.7.72, Win 10 X64
I just started helping new location and have found what has to be the strangest Aloha issue I have ever seen. On the credit card slips where total and grat would be have been replaced with French for total and grat. This is the only French anywhere and it happens on all printers. I do not see any setting in Aloha that would cause this. Any ideas

I have gone though all .ini and .cfg files in data. Checked for ISO 863 which is ISO for French.
Nothing in international setting of Aloha for French language their either

Every time I've seen that, the cards that do that are marked by the issuer as being from French-speaking areas of Canada. I'd look into that first.
