thank you for help... i bave 3 itr 1da3 1aa2 2aa3... a transfert between stn in itr 3 To a stn in itr 1 by an stn in itr 2 is imposible.... i need this transfert.

thank's sbcsu for these information.... i have create an matrix of restriction but a personel in itr 3 need to communicate with boss in itr 1 by using transfert by his secretaire who is in itr 2.... the problem after using transfert we will get number unobtainable... there is'nt solution to make transfert in the same itr of boss.... thank you very much.

In CHESE (BOSS/SECRETARY) group it is mandatory that all the members to be in the same ITR.

This is a normal behaviour and that's for was designed CHESE group.
If BOSS wants to be called directly than he must "logoff" from CHESE group via RNGXFER key.

If a Boss wants to be called directly, then his number must be programmed on a key as DSS on other station. The DSS key bypasses the CHESE and directly reach the Boss station.

BOSS "logoff" from CHESE group via RNGXFER key is for all type of calls (from intern and extern).

It is ok also with DSS but only for internal calls, but is not enough.
Additionally:
ZAND : alldata2 -> DSSPICUP - Use of direct station select for pickup without checking membership in PICKUP-GROUP or CHESE.
If DSSPICUP is not set, pickup is possible only in own PICKUP-GROUP/CHESE.

Make sure if you set up a DSS key that you do not select the feature "DSS without feature override", but even with that disabled a phone in one ITR group should not be able to call a phone in a different ITR group unless allowed in the matrix. As far as I know there isn't a way around that. You would need to make a special ITR for anyone who needs to call the boss directly and say ANY ITR can call IN to that special one, but the special one can only call the boss and whatever primary group you want them in. I believe ITR is higher in priority than even a DSS key configured as a "god" button....

You can get a call across a 'denied' ITR group by forwarding it, if ZAND ALLDATA2 ITRFWD=NO (NO meaning don't consider ITR features for forwarding). If YES, the call is blocked.

I am so confused by this whole post I don't know if that helps or not, but you could configure a float (dummy) extension, forward that across to the destination, and see if transferring to that float number instead helps.

it is a senario that can be managed in other pabx ...I ask the problematic to find maybe a solution ... I reflected for example 2 number per post of which each one is in a itr ???? I do not know if it works ?? but i am looking for a solution ... in the end it can be lost by unify .... because in our country openscape is used in large entity of the state and it is one of the senario that we have to find like problem .... like the abutment of the line network in a key or there are solutions which have been elaborated for its ....

i solve the problem with creating a multiligne stn with kcsu amos and the secondary stn is singoff with the same itr of normal stn
