we have a few ITP-5014D that we cannot default or set up for registration.

Pressing Menu while powering on the phone brings up the menu

2.Network
3.Load & Upgrade
4.System
5.Server
6.Exit

If you keep hold of * when the phone first starts loading the configuration that will take you into the admin screen where you can go into setup anterior the user ID and password that is set in mmc 840 and 841 in the programming.
