ITO agent can not be recognized by server

Hi
Is anyone can help me with the issue of agent installation.
I have installed the managed node into server and client side. When I run Action->Agents->Install&Update SW and Config, the error messages as follow:
OpC40-0424 Cann't perform configuration request for subagent(index ALL) on node hestia
OpC-0426 The ITO contol agent isn't running on the node.
This seems like the running agent in clinet side can not be recognized by server.
Is anyone can shed a light on it?

If, on the management server you do a:

opcragt -status hestia

What does it report? Mike

Thanks for your reply. I have figoured out the problem is that I did not set communication type from “NCS RPC” to “DCE RPC (TCP)” when I added the node. There are no communication btw. server and agent. Now, everything is OK.
