ITG Trunk to Line

Is there any way to convert a ITG trunk side to an ITG line side?

no - there is to much loss

Upgrade to 3.0 and add a signalling server

I do not want to utilize a Sucession server. I have 25.40 software on my Option 81C.

If you were registered with your vendor the upgrade is mostly free. Just be the cost of parts and the signaling server.
