ITG card error

Hi all,

I look after several Option 11s all with ITG cards in for VoIP. All of the ITG cards get the following error occasionally

raAddExt: Array full. max size: 48, elem size: 80.

When this error occurs the users are unable to use it. A quick remote reboot of the card and all is ok again.

The people who own the switches dont want to upgrade anything as they have other equipment that has been tested against these cards, IE, various lvls of BCMs.

Does anyone know what might be causing this error or is it a case of upgrading to a newer release to fix it?

check the patch load against the nortel tech web... unless your prior to rls3... rls alone is not the problem
