ITF - 14 Barcode Printing

Can anyone advise a program/method that can convert a 14 digit number into an ITF-14 barcode that I can printout.
I am completely ignorant in this area. Something simple and cheap would be the ideal solution.

Oh yes, I need a H Gauge (two H's to be printed on either side indicating limits I think) as well and border. Any ideas?

From what I can gather, ITF-14 is just Interleaved Two of Five but with special reference to 14-digit UPC shipping label codes.

CorelDraw 9 Suite(and some previous versions) include a Barcode program to create vector Barcodes. Works great!
