Items on order that won't go away

We have several inventory items that are continually saying that there is ## on order. I tried search the help screens and found one that said there are several fields that can not be changed. On order is one of them.

How can I go in and change the "on Order" to zero on those certain stock items?

Have you tried running the reset qty on order process? I cannot tell you how to do this because you did not provide enough information - Progression or ES for starters.

I am running progression. I'm not sure about "Urgent" Not something I have heard of at this point.

Back to the question, have you run the reset qty on order process? Did it work? If not what happened?
