Items missing from Production Work Order

We are have in issue with Items missing from Production Work Orders. It is usually with "new" items.

The items are on the Bill of Materials, but when the run a work order to do a build, the new items are missing from the work order so they are not pulling the parts.

What is causing this and how can we fix it.

Interesting. I ran into the exact same issue and can't find any reason for it. It is only new items for me as well. Hopefully someone has a solution as it is driving our Production team nuts.

Check effectivity date (item master and item on BOM) ?

I think I would res-et low level codes also. That could be part of the problem.
