When I look at location details for a particular item it shows that quantity on hand is -10. I went to the item locations details table and it shows the quantiy on hand is zero. Printed out a transaction history for the item and it shows quantity on hand is zero. Would someone know why Location details would show -10 and all others show as zero and the table ICILOC shows it as zero. How do we go about making a correction to this item. We are usinf ACCPAC 5.4A with service pack 2 installed in ICon SQL.

QOH is calculated, you have some on order. Check OE. If OE is also zero, run DIC for IC.

Have you checked the qtyshnocst and qtyadnocst fields for that item?

That's true, the uncosted quantity fields can be set to zero after IC Day-end is run. In the past, some third-party products like Service Manager didn't keep those columns completely up to date.

I found it was the uncosted quantity field that needed a correction to. Everything is working correclty now. Thank you.
