I just got my pc today; windows 7- 64 bit. I tried to install my programs without success. This is the message I get:

"autorun"

It appears you are logged in as a limited user. You must have Administrator rights to install software. Please log in with different user name and try again.

So i created a password, logged off and logged in but no can do. This is strange coz i am the only user on this PC.

Any thoughts? thanx!

Windows 7 no longer offers admin privileges by default.

The easiest option is to right click on the executable, and choose Run as Administrator from the menu.

Your next choice is to enable the Admin account.
