Issues with publishing flash as projector

I have a flash movie which I would like to publish as a projector to distribute on CD. Is there a way it can be made to a. scale to size of screen on whichever machine is looking at it, and / or b. appear without background of desktop visible. Or is it best to pull it into director to do that? Any tips greatly appreciated.

If you go the html way... yes it's possible to get a naked fullscreen without borders or anything!
