issues with PRI not responding on the hour

Hello All,
Anyone ever have an issue with a MICS w/ PRI not being able to complete calls or receive calls on an set basis (i.e. 12:00pm, 1:30pm.) I have replaced the DTI card and the carrier has replaced the Adtran router for the PRI but issue still persists. I haven't replaced the 2 port combo card yet. Thought?
 
What do the logs say?

There are no errors in the logs and no alarms on recp phone.
 
Is it all sets or just 1 and what happens when they try to place the call? Also the 2 port card should not have anything to do with the PRI.
 
All sets. Calls that are already connected do not drop either.
 
What software level are you at? Because I knowsome prior to 7.1 had different PRI issues.
 
I believe 5.0 had issues with PRI also

Yes unfortunately you’re right in the problem zone with PRI. They had some type of issue with pretty much each release up until the last release of 6.1.
Here are some of the problems from bulletins on 5.0.
1) No Ringback tone on inbound calls
2) PRI call failures with ISDN Progress message PI#3
3) ISDN calls being dropped
