issues with paging system and G430

I got a G430 installed working with a Bogen UTI1 as a paging system. Ostensibly both system are working good, but the paging system has been blocking too often.
To fix this problem I have to "busy out " the station and then "release station", but I have to do this many times at day and starts to being a wasted time, ¿does anyone knows something about why the page system has been blocking too often?
