Issues with Nortel 1120 E Ip phones and IPo Release 8.1

Dear Members,
We have 20+ Nortel 1120E phones and Avaya Phones. I have followed the Avaya document to configure the Nortel Phones, the Release version of Avaya IP office is R8.1.
All the Nortel phones are configured to work with Avaya IPO500V2. I upgraded the base f/w of Nortel 1120E as per the doc . Avaya SIP firmware (Avaya SIP1120e04.03.09.00.bin) is loaded.

All of them working fine for some time.
The issues that i am facing with Nortel phones are;

- Auto logoff:
The Nortel 1120E Phones are getting logged off from automatically. When i login again it is working then after some time the issue reappears.

- System Time problem:
The time in Avaya IPO500 is not shown in the Nortel 1120E phones.

- Call waiting is not working/notified:

Call waiting is not notified when the phones is busy with an active call

- During the call auto disconnect:

Disconnecting the line during the active calls.
On SIP/E1

Please help.
 
for the Nortel 1120e phones, there is an option for Timed Log off, please check if it is enabled other wise make the duration to "permanent" so it will not be logged off until you log out.
