I'm hoping you guys can give me some clue as to why I'm having this issue on our Merlin Magix. The issue is when we forward out our main number from the receptionist to an extension it will ring once on that extension and bounce back to receptionist. 1 ring isn't enough time to answer that forwarded call. Now this only happens with one extension, all the others in the office work how they should when forwarded to. In our Merlin Magix I checked this problem extension against the others and everything is the same with the setting. So the problem has to be somewhere else and that is where I'm confused, especially since I'm from the definity world which this would be easy to find. Could it be something with a coverage path in the Merlin? Please let me know what you guys have for any ideas, I would be grateful. Thank-you
