Issues with Exchange 2000 SP3

Are there any known major issues with upgrading to Exchange 2000 SP3?

The reason why I am asking this is because I recently upgraded a Windows 2000 Server machine to SP3 and NAT was no longer wokring afterwards. And I do know that sometimes Service packs can cause more harm than good.

Can Exchange 2000 SP 3 be uninstalled like Windows 2000 SP3?

Morning

I upgraded to SP3 last week. After the upgrade, the mailbox store would not mount. I discovered this was due to SP3 requirement that the store must not be compressed. Prior to SP3, storing it in a compressed folder was ok.

I also have a problem with changing permissions on public folders. Not sure if it is SP3 related though.

SP3 cannot be uninstalled

Thanks paulha. Good points to note.
ATM I have SP1 installed and am studying if it is in fact a wise decision to upgrade to SP3. Comments?
