Hello All,

Please I manage an MD110 and we have just been provided with a new DID number range from our SP, the number rings when dialled but its not getting to our exchange. Please any tips on why i need to check on the PABX, i have tried NUTRI but still no lock.

Thanks

This is a Q-SIG ROUTE right?
The incoming ISDN number is not connected to your exchange?
Please print the command NUTRP and the internal numbering

Hello All,

Thanks for your help thus far. Let me explain the issue properly; We have an existing DID block of 1000 - 6000 which works perfectly, due to expansion we have contacted the PSTN to also give us the 7000 - 8000 DID block which they claim to have done. We can call the 1000 - 6000 series numbers using the complete DID number but when we call the 7000 - 8000 series numbers, it rings but it doesnt get to the deskphone. Below is the NUTRP and NADAP;
