IPO 9.1.3
I have a PRI and 4 POTS lines for failover. All incoming calls come in over the PRI, as they should. All outgoing LD and 1800 calls go out over the PRI, as they should. (ex. 9-1-XXX-XXX-XXXX)
Carrier asks that local calls have the area code included. All local calls are going out over the POTS lines, not as they should. (ex. 9-XXX-XXX-XXXX)
I marked all the POTS lines out of service to try and force the local calls through the PRI, and all I got was a waiting-for-line error.
The failover configuration is correct
Main ARS table looks like this:
0N; 0N Dial3k1 0 (PRI)
XXXXXXXXXXN N " "
2XXXXXX 2N " "
3XXXXXX 3N " "
4XXXXXX 4N " "
5XXXXXX 5N " "
6XXXXXX 6N " "
7XXXXXX 7N " "
8XXXXXX 8N " "
9XXXXXX 9N " "
1800XXXXXXX 1800N " "
1866XXXXXXX 1866N " "
1877XXXXXXX 1877N " "
1888XXXXXXX 1888N " "
Any thoughts?
