I have NEC Aspire system and system works but certain numbers don't work, I checked tables in 22-XX and the number is in there. Is there another place i should be checking to make sure the phone number is tied to ext. I can call out the direct line shows up called ID but calling in doesn't and check ext on incoming table and by default it takes table 22-13 i believe. ATT keeps telling me its on my end, just wondered what else i can check?

What king of trunking do you have? Potts, PRI w/DID's?
How is 22-02 set?
22-05?
22-04?
verify that your system in not in a mode other than day. D/N mode switching button on a phone?

What kind of trunk do you have? Its sip

How is 22-02 set? The first 12 ports are set to DID and rest are normal, and i believe the first 12 ports are for main line and rest are for direct lines.

22-05- Looks like everything has 1 all ports of trunk.
22-04- everything is blank
Verify that your system in not in a mode other than day. D/N mode switching button on a phone? Its not in night mode at all, the phone i don't think is D/N but how do i check, i checked for call forwards and cleared that?
The way our phones are setup we have main number for auto attendant then u press 1-4 which ext it go to, then from there it rings to ext. Then everyone has direct line and when u call out it shows on caller ID there direct line and the number im having trouble with it will call out correct number. But coming back in it just rings but doesn't go anywhere and att says its being blocked at pbx. I checked all tables and can't find anything. With att they just send screen shot of invite ip address then X on it going to ip i don't recognize. I'm network admin and not nec vender but i know coding and pretty complex stuff to be able to troubleshoot networking or coding issues.

Potts lines can terminate 2 ways. 1. DIL, 22-02, DIL, 22-07 DIL extension, 15-07 trunk line appearance. The call rings to the specified DIL destination extension. 2. 22-02 set to normal, 22-05 trunk is placed into a trunk ring group, 22-04 extension is placed into the same ring group as the trunk, 15-07 trunk line appearance. The Potts line come into the system and follows the trunk group to extension group setting.
DID lines follow the DID translation tables. 22-02, DID, 22-09, number of digits received from telco, 22-10 assigns the tables into those that do not follow night mode, and those that do. 22-11 incoming digits get translated to ring groups, auto attn, or a specified extension number, 15-07 trunk number or loop key.
ES: 22-09, 4 digits
22-10, 01 - 1-100, 101-199 numbers in tables 1-100 do not follow D/N, 101-199 do
22-10, 02 - 1-100, 200-299 numbers in tables 1-100 do not follow D/N, 200-299 follow night mode 2
22-11, incoming digits (1234)target number 101, 1234 rings 101, or
22-11, 1234 no target number, transfer target 1-1, transfer target 2*102. Incoming digits 1234 ring to ring group 1, if not answered ring to 102 which is a fixed setting for auto attn.
15-07, trunk line appearance or loop key appearances.
There are many more options, however this is the basic one.

I know we have one potts line but the rest our ip, and att sends invite across to our router. When looking into system it looks like our system is setup at the extension level then extension takes direct number. All the direct lines on extensions are entered on 21-13,21-18,21-19.

We have new numbers we are trying to assign in our system but before we put them in there, i called them and there already busy/in use tone. Is there a table or somewhere i need input the digits into the trunk for att to activate new numbers?

22-11 see previous post.

So i pulled some logs from terminal in my system and place a good call, then a bad call but not sure what syntax means? Sorry for all questions, just trying to understand all this.

I figured it out, 22-11 you have to take last four of a phone number then target the ext.

So for me i had to enter in 1-100 then samething for 302 for night mode. This ended up fixing the issue, thanks for all the help buddy!
