Issues adding Asterisk box to Option11c System

All call paths seem to work fine when the link between the Asterisk Box and the Option11c is UP but the issue I'm having is the link keeps bouncing.

I believe it's a clocking issue.
I have two PRI Providers.
The Option11c's Loop5 SLIPD counter is incrementing.

Setup configuration below.

Option11c has 4 x TMDI Cards (Loop 2-5) Clocking is Locked on LOOP 3
Asterisk Box has 2 x Sangoma A101DE Cards (Span 1 & 2)

3 x PRI circuits from Windstream (TelcoA)
1 x PIR Circuit from AT&T (TelcoB).

The 3 PRI's from Windstream terminate in our Option11c (Loops 2,3, & 4 (TMDI Cards)).
The 4th PRI from AT&T terminates in our Asterisk Box (Span 1 (Sangoma A101DE Card)).

Loop 5 (TMDI Card) in the Option11c is connected to Span 2 (Sangoma A101DE Card)

Changed DDB settings to stop maintenance counters from restarting loop5 due to SLIPD hits but I'm still taking the hits...

In a scenerio with two circuit providers how do you setup clocking on the Option11c?

Is the Asterisk set to internal or external clocking, I believe it should be set to internal.

Asterisk box has two T1 connections.

1. PRI from AT&T (AT&T provides clocking on this circuit)
TelcoB(M)--(NI2)--(C)[SPan1]Asterisk

2. PRI to Option11c (Asterisk provides clocking on ths circuit)
Asterisk[Span2](M)--(Q.SIG)--(C)[Loop5]Option11c

On the PRI to the Option11c even though I selected Asterisk as the Clock provider during wancfg_dahdi it still sets span2 to span=2,2,0,esf,b8zs in system.conf. I had to manually change it to span=2,0,0,esf,b8zs

Option11c timing is set to EXT
I've tried to change the DCH CLOK to INT but cannot get the Option11c to prompt the CLOK prompt when doing a change.
